All hotel guests can use the Aqua zone free of charge, which includes an indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool*, a whirlpool bathtub, a dry sauna, a children's slide, and a gym with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training.
The Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, a salt graduation tower, tepidarium, and caldarium is available to children until 5:00 PM. From 5:00 PM, the Relaxation Zone is a quiet area accessible only to adults.

Easter decorations create a unique atmosphere and a festive mood in the hotel. Our annual 'How Much Does the Egg Weigh?' competition provides entertainment for all the family.
Our hotel's Spa & Wellness zone impresses! Guests have access to the Aqua zone, which has a swimming pool, hot tub, children's slide and paddling pool, as well as the Relaxation zone, which has saunas, a salt cave, caldarium, tepidarium and outdoor hot tub. All this with a beautiful view of Giewont!
The Kasprowy Hotel is an excellent place to enjoy a holiday with children. Kaspruś Kids Club offers lots of surprises for children of all ages and temperaments.
Pets are accepted. An additional fee of 150 PLN per day applies for their stay. A vaccination record is required.
The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
