All hotel guests can use the Aqua zone with a swimming pool, hot tub, dry sauna, children's slide, seasonal outdoor pool* and a gym with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training free of charge as part of the offer.
The Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, salt graduation tower, tepidarium, and caldarium is open to children aged 7 and older (until 5:00 PM). From 5:00 PM, the Relaxation Zone is a quiet area and can be used only by adults. Entrance is an additional charge of 25 PLN/2h for adults and 15 PLN/2h for children.
The Relaxation Zone has been expanded to include an outdoor area equipped with three hot tubs with heated water at a temperature of 38°C all year round, with a view of the Tatra Mountains.

Pets are accepted. An additional fee of 150 PLN per day applies for their stay. A vaccination record is required.
The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
