If you are an attendee on a conference hosted in the Kasprowy Hotel in Zakopane, you can book a room using the offer prepared for the conference guests via our website.

In order to book a room for the dates of the conference, based on the rules set by conference organizer, please enter the code received during conference registration. After entering the code and clicking the “Book online” button, you will be transferred to the booking panel with a list of proposed rooms, available during the conference. In order to view the details of a conference, go to the “read more” tab and enter the code provided by the conference organizer during your registration.
