All hotel Guests can use the Aqua zone free of charge, which includes a pool, a seasonal outdoor pool*, a whirlpool bath, a dry sauna, a children's slide, and a gym equipped with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training.
The Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, a salt graduation tower, tepidarium, and caldarium is available for children until 5:00 PM. From 5:00 PM, the Relaxation Zone is a quiet zone and is only accessible to adults.

The Kasprowy Hotel is an excellent place to enjoy a holiday with children. Kaspruś Kids Club offers lots of surprises for children of all ages and temperaments.

The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces. The number of parking spaces available on the hotel premises is limited.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
