All hotel guests can use the Aqua zone free of charge during their stay, which includes a swimming pool, a hot tub with hydro-massage, a dry sauna, a children's slide, a seasonal outdoor pool*, and a gym equipped with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training.
Saunas in the Relax zone: Monday to Friday, open from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM; on Saturdays and Sundays, open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
The salt graduation tower, tepidarium, caldarium, and jacuzzi are available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM; for children aged 7 and older from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
From 5:00 PM, a silence zone is in effect in the Relax area, accessible only to adults.

The Relax zone has been expanded with an outdoor area equipped with three jacuzzis with heated water at 38°C, available all year round with a view of the Tatra panorama.

The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces. The number of parking spaces available on the hotel premises is limited.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
