The Winter Holiday offer also includes unlimited access to the Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, salt graduation tower, tepidarium and caldarium. The Relaxation Zone is available for children from 7 years of age until 5:00 PM. From 5:00 PM, the Relaxation Zone is a quiet area and may only be used by adults.

The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
