All hotel guests can use the Aqua zone with a swimming pool, seasonal outdoor pool*, hot tub, dry sauna, children’s slide, and a gym with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training for free.
The relaxation area with dry saunas, wet saunas, salt graduation tower, tepidarium, and caldarium is available for children until 5:00 PM. From 5:00 PM, the relaxation area is a quiet zone and can only be used by adults.

The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
