All hotel Guests can use the Aqua zone free of charge, which includes a pool, a whirlpool bathtub, a dry sauna, a children's slide, and a gym with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training.
The offer also includes unlimited access to the Relaxation zone with dry and steam saunas, a salt graduation tower, a tepidarium, and a caldarium. The Relaxation zone is available for children from 7 years old until 5:00 PM. From 5:00 PM onwards, the Relaxation zone is a quiet zone reserved only for adults.
The Relaxation zone has been expanded with an outdoor area equipped with three jacuzzis with heated water at a temperature of 38°C throughout the year, offering a view of the Tatra Mountains panorama.

Pets are accepted. An additional fee of 150 PLN per day applies for their stay. A vaccination record is required.
The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge till 15th of September 2025. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
