All hotel guests have free-of-charge access to the Aqua Zone, pool, hydromassage tub, dry sauna, children's slide and gym with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training.
The Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, a graduation tower, tepidarium and caldarium is open to children from the age of 7 (until 5 p.m.) From 5 p.m. the Relaxation Zone is a quiet zone, and it may only be used by adults.
You can easily walk to the Polana Szymoszkowa ski lift from the hotel in your ski boots! Located right next to the Hotel, Polana Szymoszkowa is a modern ski station that has well prepared ski trails and beautiful views of the Tatra Mountains.
Hotel Kasprowy is the perfect place to spend holidays with your children. The newly opened Kids Club Kaspruś is full of surprises for children of different ages and characters.
You’ll absolutely love our Spa & Wellness Zone! Guests can enjoy the Aqua Zone, which includes a swimming pool, hydromassage bath, water slide for kids and a paddling pool, as well as the Relaxation Zone with saunas, a salt graduation tower, caldarium and tepidarium. Car park is extra paid - no advance space reservation is possible.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
