All hotel guests can use the Aqua zone free of charge as part of their stay, which includes a swimming pool, a whirlpool bath, a dry sauna, a children's slide, an outdoor pool*, and a gym equipped with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training.
The Relaxation Zone with dry saunas, wet saunas, a salt graduation tower, tepidarium, and caldarium is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, for children aged 7 and older from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
From 6:00 PM, a quiet zone is in effect in the Relaxation Zone and only adults may use it. Entry is additionally charged at 25 PLN/2 hours for adults and 15 PLN/2 hours for children.

The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
