• Our guests can make use of the vast space inside and outside the hotel. 
• Our large common areas give guests the opportunity to keep a safe distance without worrying about their health.
• The staff of Mercure Kasprowy Hotel have been thoroughly trained in safety. We'd like to assure you that we comply with all strictly defined safety standards, and that our employees carry out their work equipped with masks or visors, and gloves. 
• Our services are available on dates and terms consistent with the current regulations of the Minister of Health and the Chief Sanitary Inspector on combating the Sars-CoV-2 pandemic.
• Our security staff remain at our guests' disposal around the clock to ensure safety and provide answers to any concerns.

• SPA consultation rooms remain available to guests and will provide cosmetic treatments while adhering to all safety and disinfection measures. 
• Rooms will be cleaned only at the request of our guests. Please contact the reception in advance and our staff will provide the cleaning service during your absence.
• We have redeveloped a plan of our restaurant rooms so that all tables are at a safe distance from each other.  

• We ask our guests to regularly sanitise their hands. Hand sanitiser has been made available for this purpose in the hotel lobby.
• A limited number of guests may be in the lobby at any given time.
• There can be a maximum of one person at the reception desk. Exceptions are families and people who are checking into the same room.
• Our reception desk has masks, hand sanitiser and individually packed disposable gloves for sale. 
• In the interests of the safety of our guests and employees, we have installed a screen to section off the reception desk.
• We have introduced traffic restrictions, reduced the number of people in the reception area, and designated appropriate zones to help our guests maintain a safe distance.
• Our guests can make use of the spacious terrace outside.

• Our cleaning staff are equipped with gloves and masks or visors.
• The rooms are ventilated while they are cleaned.
• The rooms are ozonised each time after guests check out.
• Each hotel room is generally cleaned, and all surfaces such as countertops, taps, toilet, desk, door handles, switches and TV remote control are disinfected with special top-quality disinfectants. 
• Hotel bedding is secured in plastic bags. 

• Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance to the restaurant. Our guests are asked to disinfect their hands before entering the premises.
• We set the tables with disposable table coverings, which we replace after each party leaves. 
• Tables are disinfected after each party leaves.
• Breakfast is available in several rooms.
• Breakfasts are prepared and served by the staff who adhere to special safety and hygiene rules. 
• We've introduced the option of serving breakfast and other meals in the form of extended Room Service directly to the room.
• We've provided visual tips that'll help our guests maintain a safe distance while standing in a queue.
• All meals are prepared in sterile conditions in accordance with the principles of HACCP and SANEPID by staff trained in safety and hygiene rules.
• Our guests can make use of the spacious terrace outside.
